We are committed to maintaining clear and transparent shipping practices for customers throughout the United States.

We provide Free Shipping on all orders. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (CT). Orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated shipping time of 4 to 6 business days.

The total estimated delivery timeframe is 5 to 8 business days. We use reliable shipping carriers, specifically FedEx, and provide a tracking number for every shipment.

Section 7 - Billing and payment conditions

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order placed with us.

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate account and purchase information for all orders submitted through our store.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our only accepted payment method. Payment is collected when the order is delivered, and customers are not required to make an online payment during checkout.

All charges are applied in US Dollars ($), with no hidden fees.

Section 8 - Returns, exchanges and cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Customers may request a return within 30 Days from the date of delivery. We apply a $0 restocking fee to all eligible returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning a product because of a change of mind or an incorrect order placement.

After an eligible return is received, the refund will be processed within 7 Business Days. Approved refunds for COD orders will be issued through Bank Transfer in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 Hours of placing the order.
